Georgia Bradley was walking alone on the beach in Crete when she was approached by two men. The men asked her if she would like to join them for a drink. She politely declined, and the two men started to grab her. Shortly after that, a stray dog named Pepper stepped up to save her.
The dog started barking at the men. She then stayed by Georgia until the men left. Georgia says the dog sensed that something was wrong. Pepper followed Georgia and her boyfriend back to their apartment. She allowed Georgia and her boyfriend to stroke her. Georgia says that it was an instant bond.
Georgia credits Pepper for saving her life. Georgia and her boyfriend were flying back home the next day, so they began trying to find a home for Pepper. Unfortunately, no one seemed interested.
Georgia says that she saw Pepper running after the car as they left. It broke Georgia’s heart. Two weeks later, she flied back to Crete and found Pepper walking along the beach. Georgia adopted Pepper three weeks later. Little did Georgia know, she was in for another surprise. Pepper was pregnant, and she gave birth to puppies six weeks later.
