A good cheeseburger always has three main parts: the crispy bun, the juicy meat and the fresh toppings. They are ideal for sporting events, birthday parties or for an easy dinner.
The old fashioned regular cheeseburger is delicious. It’s American. But there are a few easy ways that it can be turned into something fantastic. A super-burger if you will. A snack you can share with a load of family members or friends. One woman changed the cheese-burger-as-we-know-it with only few simple ingredients.
There is a glaze made with a little butter, mustard and Worcestershire sauce that creates a delicate crispness on the top of the bun. The meat is browned in a skillet, and you add a few spices and chopped onions to the sizzling meat. Diced tomatoes are also stirred in until everything is well blended.
The bottom of the dinner rolls is placed in a baking dish. Spoon the meat mixture on top of the bread, topping and blanket that bad boy in as much cheese as you feel is necessary. Place the tops of the rolls on top of the cheese. Glaze the bread, and bake until the bread is golden brown. Cut the bread in squares, and serve with your favorite side item.
Oh my God I can smell it from here.
Agh! **Mouth…. Watering…**
