When a parent is faced with losing a child, it’s often one of the greatest pains imaginable. Those who the child leaves behind have to deal with life and how to face the next day. Sarah Danbury lives in the UK. She would sit beside her teen daughter’s bed every day, watching her slip farther away from her. The 19-year-old went through chemotherapy treatments every day to try to defeat cancer.
Last October, Sarah’s daughter passed away after her long battle with cancer. Sarah and her daughter took one last picture together, and it was in that picture that Sarah saw something that gave her hope for the future.
When Sarah looked at the picture, she saw what looks like an angel behind her daughter. The bright light at the head of Sarah’s daughter’s bed looks just like an angel, and it’s positioned above the child’s head.
The picture was taken three weeks before the young girl passed away. Sarah believes that it was a sign for her to see that her little girl would be alright and that the family would be able to move on because the child was in safe and open arms, protected from the cancer that held her here on earth.
