Police officers in New Jersey have arrested a babysitter after she burned a baby’s feet in a frying pan. The woman, whose name is Isabel Ramos Mendeza, was arrested and taken into custody on Monday, April 3, 2017.
She admitted to burning the baby girl’s feet after she would not stop crying. The baby’s mother had asked how the baby got the blisters on her feet. Isabel pretended like she did not know what happened.
The mother called the police because she knew that Isabel was lying. The baby girl was also taken to the hospital and treated for second-degree burns. The story was shared on the local news’ Facebook page.
Over 200 people have commented on the story. Many people have called the babysitter’s actions disgusting. They have stated that it is terrible that people would do such things to innocent children.
