A hotel had recently lost its maid and was in desperate need of a new one. Luckily, around the same time, a determined young woman was in need of a job.
She noticed the “Now Hiring” sign posted and decided to apply for the position. Considering the hotel had an establishment full of people and an abundance of dirty towels, she was instantly hired. The new girl immediately started organizing the storage area and tackling the soiled laundry, impressing the manager with her enthusiastic attitude.
Give Back Films, Kyle and Josh, stumbled across this hard-working maid one day. After talking to her manager, they decided she deserved a tip. But, not an ordinary tip, an extremely generous one of $500! The team wanted to film her reaction and staged the room with hidden cameras. The cash was spread across one of the messy beds, along with a note. Her reaction is heartwarming and genuine as she sees the money and reads the note. Her hand goes to her mouth in astonishment and she begins to cry.
After a moment she gains her composure, looks around the room and spots the cameras. Kyle and Josh enter the room after she figured out she was being filmed.
Immediately, with a smile on her face, she tells them that she can’t accept the money. But, the guys let her know that it was well-earned and she has to take it. There’s no doubt this sweet gesture will always remain a lifelong fond memory!
