For Stacy Erholtz, her battle against a vicious form of bone marrow and blood cancer called myeloma had become both a way of life and a battle she was destined to lose. During the ten years the cancer spread throughout her body, she had been unable to put it in remission either by two bone marrow transplants or multiple chemo therapy treatments. A tumor had developed on a section of bone located on her forehead that had not only broken down the bone but was applying growing pressure to her brain. Needless to say, Erholtz was running out of options.

Her oncologists then attempted a “Hail Mary” treatment on her. Clinical tests on mice had shown that heavy infusions of the measles vaccine were able to eradicate cancer. It should be noted that although there is a great deal of physiological difference between mice and humans, there are many similarities at the cellular level. They recommended she undergo the procedure and she consented. The dose she was given was sufficient to vaccinate 100 million people. Put another way, it would vaccinate the entire great state of Texas nearly four times over.

The reaction in her body was immediate with her suffering a splitting headache minutes later followed by a raging fever, but the symptoms began to subside. After 1.5 days, her head tumor began to shrink.

Now, Erholtz’s cancer is effectively eradicated from her body and at age 50, she has a new lease on life. The treatment is not yet a formal cure. It was given to another patient, but failed to cure the cancer.
