Some people might think that President Obama hasn’t done a lot for the country, but there are quite a few things that he has done since the midterm elections. Only a few days after the election, he worked with Congress in order to get laws established that would make using the internet safer for everyone.
This includes making companies that operate by broadband act a little more like utility companies. There has been a deal with China about greenhouse gases in order to help make the planet a better place to breathe. Immigrants who are here can now stay here as long as they can prove that they have been here for a certain amount of time.
Regulations have ben established with the EPA to limit ozone emissions. There have also been deals made to bring down the economy in Russia a few notches. Almost all of the nominees that Obama has set forth have been approved by Congress.
These might be little steps, but they are steps in the right direction, and it seems like they are more steps than the President has taken in the past few years. Congress looks like it wants to work with the President, and this could benefit the country.
