Starting as just a rather normal day and needed project scheduled for the house what one’s family’s story of what they discovered, something so unusual, something so astounding and slowly the mystery started to unravel.
One clue after another began to lead to another with just an old normal looking closet door with a disgusting, nasty smelly carpeting, despite the simple rug was the first clue to the findings of a life time. No one in their wildest dreams, a valuable find in their grandparent’s house would have imagined what would come next. So the exciting began to build as their hearts skipped a beat, when a unique odd looking cap was spotted on the ground.
Then under the cap appeared a combination lock. Now curiosity rising we tried to solve the what could be combination but to no avail. A locksmith had to be contacted to assist in breaking through.
In awe carefully items were pulled from the floor, first several foreign looking boxes in all different shapes and sizes including rolls of coins. Then bills were next to be taken out from the safe. The family was startled so many items were in such a small opening. Sad that some belongings were damaged due to a pipe burst, water damage, but incredibly many of the valuable items were survived.
For one, a United States 1987 Prestige Set, silver bars, also a number of Barr notes. Other valuables including some remarkable riches are now anxiously waiting to be appraised.
