Famous television actress Leah Remini recently spoke out against the infamous Church of Scientology. Prior to Remini’s remarks, she was a proud member. But, it wasn’t long until all of that changed. Those that surrounded Remini in the Church of Scientology were becoming unbearable.
The Church of Scientology has been described as a cult, and exposed for one scandal after the next. Leah Remini got to a point where she couldn’t deal with the strict and strange requirements of the church any longer. Remini admitted that she was about to leave her family and husband to please her Scientology leaders. She like she was brainwashed during her time with the cult. Superstar actors like Tom Cruise, Will Smith, and John Travolta are or have been open Scientologists. But in recent years many of these popular figures has abandoned the metaphorical space-ship of Xenu, for a more realistic view of the world: anything.
Remini walked away from the church of Scientology in 2013, and upon her exit, she had this to say about Tom Cruise, who had been the Scientology poster boy for years:
“Being critical of Tom Cruise is being critical of Scientology itself, you are evil.”
The Cruise controversy aside, Remini is incredibly happy to be free from the constraints of the church of Scientology. Her husband, Angelo Pagan, is also thrilled to have his wife back home and not serving some strange modern cult started by an insane and self-obsessed geek some sixty years ago.
Pagan and Remini have been posting several pictures of themselves on social media and they appear to be happier than ever. These posts are probably directed at the Church of Scientology, to illustrate how good life is outside of the cult. Other actors and actresses have thrown their families away in order to please the strange order of Scientology. Thankfully, Leah Remini will be releasing a tell all biography about her experiences with the Church of Scientology and it should shed some light on some scandalous truths. Remini’s highly anticipated book is titled, “TroubleMaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology“.
