James Woods: Anderson Cooper’s ‘Butt Plug Dislodges During A Newscast’ Calls For Twitter Ban

Social media site Twitter has become quite the inflammatory place, and an online arena where putting your foot in your mouth can lead to loads of trouble and a fast rebuke by some members of the Twitter community.

Numerous famous folks have “tweeted” some inappropriate stuff over the years and have gotten blasted for the words they chose. Some of these celebrities include President Donald Trump, Alec Baldwin, Kanye West, Rosie O’Donnell, Amanda Bynes, etc. Some stars have been criticized for tweeting certain images, including Kim Kardashian West, Geraldo Rivera and Lisa Rinna.

James Woods is the latest celebrity to receive some major backlash for unfortunate, crude comments he tweeted during CNN anchor Anderson Cooper’s recent TV interview with Kellyanne Conway, Trump’s current Counselor.

During the television moment which included discussion about the recent firing of the FBI director, Cooper began rolling his eyes up towards the ceiling when Ms. Conway winked and reminded him that, “I was on your show often last fall saying we were going to win Michigan and how we were going to do it; that was fun.”

The famous eye roll moment went viral, and actor James Woods took his reaction to Twitter under his verified account name. Woods’s Twitter handle is @RealJamesWoods. What Woods tweeted has folks buzzing and some so angry they want Woods banned from Twitter.

Woods tweeted what many have termed a coarse homophobic remark about Cooper, who is gay:

“As his butt plug dislodges during a newscast…..#andersoncoopereyeroll.”

The Woods tweet has received more than 19,000 “likes” and remains up on Woods’s Twitter account.

The Twitter community continues their displeasure of Woods, who also happens to be a proud supporter of President Trump and the Administration. Many have demanded an apology, but Woods has not backed down and responded with a new tweet, saying that liberals were having a hissy fit and that he could care less.

Woods tweets quite a lot, and his account shows almost 15,000 tweets since he joined Twitter in 2009. He currently has almost 647,000 Twitter followers.

Meanwhile, when Conway was interviewed by the Fox-News TV network about the famous Cooper eye roll, she called the move “possibly sexist, definitely what I call ‘Trump-ist’.”

Conway went on to tell Fox-News reporter Howard Kurtz that the media, in general, treats President Trump and his spokespeople with suspicion and derision.

James Woods continues his Twitter remarks attacking the left, such as the New York Times, accusing the famous publication of being drooling zombies that are disgorging Trump hate.
