Weddings are joyful. They are a celebration of the joining of two lives. However, many people are sad on their wedding day because their loved ones are not able to attend. This is what happened on Brian’s wedding day. His grandmother could not make the wedding because she had fallen and injured her ankle. She wanted to attend the wedding, but she was stuck in the hospital.
Brian and his new wife, Lauren, decided to surprise the grandmother at the hospital. Before they went to the reception, they made a detour to the hospital. Brian and Lauren gave all of the details about the wedding. They got married in the same church that Brian’s grandmother got married in.
They stated that since Brian’s grandmother could not got to the wedding, they were going to bring the wedding to her. The grandmother was surprised because she had no idea that Lauren and Brian were coming to see her. She was moved to tears.
