When you think about a party food for a football game, you might think about chips, dip, pizza and hot wings. One woman is stepping outside the box to provide a delicious meal that is similar to a cheeseburger. There are a few components to a good cheeseburger.
You have the toppings, such as the bacon, lettuce and tomato. You also have the beef and the cheese that seems to glide off the sides of the burger. Kevin and Amanda have created a dish that is like none other. It’s called the Diamond Burger, and it’s sure to be a hit at any party through the year. You make your hamburger patties like you normally would, adding the ingredients that will make them juicy and tasty. Examples are mustard powder, diced onions and cumin.
You also want to prepare a glaze for the buns that consists of brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Once you combine all of the ingredients for the burgers, you want to apply the glaze to the tops of the buns.
You can also put the bottom of each bun in a casserole dish before spooning ground beef instead of patties on top of the bread, topping with the glazed buns. Bake for 25 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a fun party meal.
