Dianna Helmers is the founder of Agape Fosters. She was one of the people who rescued Truman. She and her husband took Truman home and cleaned him up. The dog was very shy, and he had sores all over his body. Dianna and her husband were able to clean up Truman nicely. Melissa Karsten was one of the people who was interested in adopting Truman. She had worked with Agape Fosters in the past, and Dianna felt that Melissa would be a good match for Truman.
