Cops Pepper-Spray Handcuffed 15-Year-Old Girl After She’s Hit By Car

The Hagerstown Police Department is being criticized because of the way that its officers handled a 15-year-old girl. The girl was riding her bike and crashed into a car. She hit her head and passed out.

When the ambulance arrived, they wanted to take the girl to the hospital. She did not want to do. When the girl refused to go to the hospital, the police officers took her bike and slammed her face into the windowsill. They then handcuffed her and put her in the car.

The girl refused to comply with officer’s commands. They sprayed her with pepper spray. The whole thing was videotaped, and the girl can be heard screaming “I cannot breathe.” The Hagerstown Police Department is currently investigating the situation. They have stated that they are going to review the body camera footage.

Police have charged the girl with multiple offenses. She has been charged with disorderly conduct, marijuana possession and second-degree assault. The girl is reportedly an honor roll student and has never been in trouble with the law. The girl was not able to rinse her eyes out for three hours. The officers also refused to allow the hospital staff to take pictures of the girl’s injuries.
