Burt Reynolds Has Only THIS One Regret, About Meeting The ‘Love of His Life’ Sally Field

Seventy-nine year-old Burt Reynolds recently wrote a memoir entitled “But Enough About Me.” In a recent book, he talks about his love for Sally Field and admits that the biggest regret he has had in his life was losing Sally. He stated that he was a womanizer, which was why he could not commit to her and missed his chance at true love.

Burt calls himself stupid for having allowed himself to lose the one woman he truly cared for, and stated that it is tragically common for people to find their soulmate and ruin it for no good reason. This was a hard lesson for him to learn. Sally Fields has been divorced twice since her relationship with Burt Reynolds. However, he said that he has not attempted to reach out to Sally since they broke up.

Burt Reynolds is a veteran actor who has enjoyed a successful career. At its peak during the 1970s and slumping somewhat through the 1980s, and finally revived again when he appeared on the 1990s sitcom “Evening Shade.” He won a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award for his role on that show.

On top of this sad admission of Burt’s, rumors are circulating that the poor guy is broke. He admitted that he has managed his money poorly, but he has also stated that all of his debts have been paid off. Sally Fields reportedly has not responded to Burt’s confession that he still loves her.
