A recent news poll shows that Donald Trump and healthcare aren’t what people in the United States are excited about. Bernie Sanders is at the top of that list, along with Planned Parenthood. These two topics are more popular than anything else in the country. Surprisingly this poll comes from Fox News, of all places.
Over 50 percent of the people polled favor Sanders, and about the same percentage of people in the poll favor the ideas of Planned Parenthood. Donald Trump is only at 44 percent. The ratings don’t come as a surprise to those who have followed the recent changes that might take place for women and their choices when it comes to birth control and other issues regarding parenting.
There are many women who rely on what Planned Parenthood groups offer, and if these services are taken away, then they won’t be able to afford the contraceptives that are needed or even basic feminine health services.
Since there is such a high approval of the group’s work, it seems like there shouldn’t be a lack of funds available for the services that are provided, but Donald Trump could change that while in office.
