After A Snow Storm Shut Down DC, This Senator Made A Shocking Discovery At The Senate. LOL!

Jonas, which was name of the recent blizzard, caused several problems for millions of Americans on the northeast coast. The massive snowstorm shut down schools and government jobs for days. In fact, a recent story has revealed that only female senators showed up for work after Jonas had struck. On Tuesday morning, Sen. Lisa Murkowski stated that it was no coincidence that only women had showed up for work that day.

Sen. Murkowski happens to be from Alaska, and she’s probably used two massive blizzards. Nonetheless, she may have a point about women being a bit more daring than men. Her recent statements have caused a bit of controversy among male senators. However, female senators are applauding Murkowski’s boldness.

Jonas was truly an epic snowstorm for the ages, and in some locations of New York City, the snowfall totals reached over two feet. There hasn’t been a blizzard quite this bad in some time. But, the incredible amount of snow did not stop Sen. Murkowski and her fellow female colleagues from showing up to work.

Apparently, the male senators were at home in their pajamas enjoying the snowday. Or, they were busy clearing snow from their driveways for their wives. Either way, the blizzard affected the Senate for nearly two days after it was over.
