She was in a barn along with another horse named Silver. Fortunately, a team of volunteers from Crossfire Enquine Rescue rescued both Fancy and her best friend Silver. Fancy was a little shy at first and did not seem to trust the volunteers. The volunteers gave her treats and showed her some love. Fancy eventually warmed up to them.
The volunteers had no idea that Fancy would be giving them a surprise a short time later. Fancy had a healthy baby horse a short time later. She delivered the horse with no complications. The volunteers have stated that Fancy is a great mother.
The volunteers saved Fancy from a terrible fate, and she returned the favor by doubling the love. Both Fancy and her baby horse have enriched the lives of the volunteers.
