THIS New Anti-Gay Law In Virginia Is Proof The GOP Is Filled With Pure Hate

The rights of a certain group of people could be at stake with if Virginia passes a new law. Virginia has a new law that is set to pass that will give business owners the green light to discriminate. The new bill has been lead by anti-gay lawmaker Bob Marshall, who has been known for trying to exclude gays from the state’s National Guard and even from becoming a judge.

These business owners can prevent anyone from entering into their business establishment or being served if this law is passed. Though this law seems to be a violation of a person’s civil rights, the new Virginia law claims to protect others by stating that servicing and allowing entry of the LGBT community into his or her establishment “would violate the religious or moral convictions of such person with respect to same-sex “marriage” or homosexual behavior.”

The types of businesses individuals from the LGBT community can be banned from include hospitals, schools, bars, car lots, restaurants, or even retain stores. Though being outlawed entry and service to these particular establishments may seem farfetched, this will be the reality of the LGBT community.

To some, this law may seem like something new but in fact laws such as these exist in different states. In Mississippi and Michigan business owners are able to refuse customers that contradict their moral and religious beliefs. The laws that exist in Mississippi and Michigan do not have a main focus on the LGBT community but big-government.
