VIDEO: When He Picked Up This Plane And Threw It, Something Unbelievable Happened. OMG

Birds have well-developed breast muscles. It is how they are able to power their wings to take flight and land. Upon take off, birds expend their greatest amount of force to counter gravity and lift off the ground. Anyone who has seen a bird take flight has witnessed the great flutter they generate with their wings before liftoff.

Conversely, upon landing birds must disburse the force or momentum from flight, and they do this through the aid of their wings. This is what makes the robotic toy airplane called the “Original RC Ornithopter” so amazing. Its wings are able to mimic bird wings, at least when in flight. The ornithopter requires an initial hurl for the first bit of momentum.

However, it quickly begins the heavy flutter of its wings to actual take to flight. The wing movement during takeoff is very fowl-like. Once it had reached flight, the wing movement eases just as with a real bird. When the ornithopter flies against a wind current, it flaps its wings in rapid motion. When it flies along a current, it eases its wings in a gentle glide.

It is capable of reaching great heights and at a distance is indistinguishable from other birds in flight. It could just as easily be a hawk. The ornithopter does come with a remote control and adds a new dimension on flying a plane. The inventor of this plane has pulled off a marvelous feat of engineering. It is exactly the type of toy that would create fond memories with children.
