VIDEO: A Bird Was Near Death Hanging From A Power Line When This Miracle Happened Caught On Tape

Sometimes both people and animals can get themselves in such a twist as to astound onlookers as to how they could manage such a mess. That was the case with one sea gull in the Eastern Canadian province of Nova Scotia that got its head twisted in a power line. It would have been easy to ignore the bird or perhaps put it out of its misery, but instead this one lineman worked his magic to rescue the fowl.

It was a dark gloomy day with the streets wet and snow patches still on the neighborhood lawns. The sea gull was seen hanging from its neck after it had managed to get its noggin in the twisted looping of the copper wire. The lineman then readied his mobile crane and get himself in position. It was at that point he slowly hoisted himself to up the bird which began to kick up quite the flutter out of fear, but to no avail.

While it spent out its strength once more, he pulled out his camera to capture the moment. He really couldn’t be blamed for that as it just one of those precious moments on the job that makes for fine water cooler conversation.

It is at this point that he repositions himself behind the bird so that he can literally bag it with a minimal amount of resistance. He then bagged it up to its head and after securing the bird, he pried apart the cables sufficient to dislodge its head.
