When you’re a teacher, you often hear children and their parents say some crazy things. During a recent survey, 28 teachers were asked about the craziest things that hey had heard parents say about school.
Some talked about the taxes that they pay and that the teachers should be able to get the kids into any college. A teacher told a parent that her child had straight A’s all year and might be bored, so the parent said that she would discuss it with the child at home.
There are instances with children possibly forging signatures and parents complaining about the subjects that are taught in school, especially when it comes to God and religion. Some teachers notice the clothing that the children wear.
They see that some kids have clothes and shoes that are more expensive than others. One parent demanded that her high-class daughter not play with a boy who had little money. The teacher didn’t comply, so the mother told her daughter to ignore the child, giving her a list of things to do to avoid the student.
One parent talked about a daughter being thick and only needed to learn how to clean and cook. The parent was only concerned about how well the son was doing in school. There have even been parents who have told the teachers that it’s not their job to teach their children anything.
