When a baby is born too early, there can be health issues that arise and the parents will often try to spend as much time as possible with their child. Some babies will pull through the early birth alive and healthy while others will not make it, and often die as a result. Pictures are a way to keep the memory of a child alive, and this mother shared some pictures of her baby that could evoke an emotional response from even the stoniest of hearts.
The mother lives in Nebraska and her son was born three months early. He only weighed about three pounds, and his organs didn’t have the time to properly develop in-womb. The parents thought that they were going to lose their baby because of the health issues he was born with. For a hwile after his birth he was inside a plastic covering so his tiny body could remain safe while grew.
This baby spent a little over two months in the NICU, at the end of which his parents took him home. His mother has taken pictures of the baby at six months with a pair of sunglasses on, to show just how happy they are with their new life.
There are some health issues that he has to overcome, but he is a miracle to his parents who thought they were going to have to say good-bye only minutes after they said hello.
