Judge Dropped Case For Cop Who Killed 7-Year-Old Sleeping Girl. HOW IS THIS JUSTICE?

A police officer was recently in court for killing a seven-year-old girl who was sleeping. The judge dropped the case.

This is yet another white officer who shot someone who was African American. The young girl was sleeping in the arms of her grandmother as officers starting raiding the home of a murder suspect. The person who officers were looking for lived in the home at the time.

This case has already been to trial. The first time it was seen in court, it ended with a hung jury. There is a possibility that the grandmother hit the end of the officer’s gun, making it go off, killing the young girl. This is only one theory.

The grandmother claims that she wasn’t close enough to the gun to hit it for it to go off. The officer’s recent interaction with the court resulted in a misdemeanor charge and the officer walking out the door as the judge dismissed the involuntary manslaughter charge that was against the man. With no substantial evidence to charge the officer and sentence him, the case was dismissed.

It seems as though this is a case that will never be solved as no one really knows what took place on that night.
