I Thought This Was Just A Pile Of Trash. But Then I Found Out It’s Value. I Can Now Retire!

One craze that anyone will remember from the 1990s involves Beanie Babies. These were extremely popular, and they just burst onto the scene very suddenly. They were well loved by both adults and kids, and many people were all about collecting as many as they could, so that they could have the entire collection.

The Beanie Baby Handbook was published in 1998 and stated that “simply putting away five or ten of each and every new Beanie Baby in super mint condition isn’t a bad idea.” Additionally, it’s a book talked about how the value of these toys would likely grow as time went on. For example, a beanie baby that was bought for $7 in the year 1998 could be worth as much as $60 by the time a decade had gone by. However, this idea did not take into account the possibility that the Beanie Baby fad would disappear from the scene just as quickly as it has appeared – which is exactly what ended up happening.

However, after all this time, it seems like the value of Beanie Babies is finally going up the way the book predicted. If you visit eBay, you will see that there are a few rare Beanie Babies selling for thousands of dollars. There is even a Princess Diana bear that is worth about as much as some people’s homes.

You may even have one of these very rare Beanie Babies. If you are willing to sell it, you could be rich!
