Guess Who Said Native Americans Are ‘Unclean Vermin’ Who Don’t ‘Qualify As People’

Rocker Ted Nugent has enjoyed a prosperous career as a heavy metal singer & guitarist during the mid to late 1970s with his successful album “Scream Dream”. Since then, he become a successful capitalist buying the rights to the instrumental music often played within elevators. The purchase proved very lucrative for him. Since that time, he’s been a staunch conservative, member of the NRA, and RNC. That said, he is to the political Right what Al Franken is to the Left: an embarrassment.

This is because Nugent has very strong bigoted views of people and isn’t afraid to spout them in ways that let his mouth get ahead of him. His latest incident came as a response to Idaho Native Americans canceling his concert appearance scheduled for August 4 at the Couer D’Alene Casino in town of Worley. In Nugent’s mind, the cancellation was the result of class envy by underachievers lashing out against him for being successful.

It was nothing of the sort. Nugent has made statements in the past that can only be interpreted as hateful. When Native Americans were made aware of those statements, they withdrew their invitation. For his part, Nugent reacted by calling them “unclean vermin” and stated they were not even real human beings.

Now, Nugent did not infer they were unclean vermin/sub-humans for being Native American, but for being haters of his success. He railed on them for refusing to accept his positive energy never realizing that the energy he was spewing was entirely bitter and negative.
