KKK Leader Threatens To Call Out Republicans That Support Him If Media Doesn’t Back Off

A Louisiana Republican in the House, Steve Scalise, has been openly shamed by the media for having once spoken at a white supremacist conference. It was a revelation that may help end his career.

Speaking in Scalise’s defense, an ex-KKK “Grand Wizard” – David Duke, who also was once a politician from the same state – has openly rebuked the media for focusing on an event that took place as long ago as 2002. Duke also says that he is surprised that other Republicans have not stood by Scalise and helped to defend him against the media.

House Speaker John Boehner is one who has come forward to help defend Scalise in this difficult situation. He made a public statement testifying that he knew that the Representative is definitely not racist. Boehner also emphasized that Scalise has acknowledged that it was a wrong move on his part, and that it was inappropriate.

Duke was angry against the media who exposed the story about Scalise and attempted to make him look really bad about something that happened so long ago. He said that Scalise had only gone to the meeting to “tell voters about some of his initiatives on some tax matters.”

Duke is particularly incensed with those Republicans who were supposedly friends of Scalise, but have distanced themselves from him because of the bad press. He warns that he is ready to reveal the names of other politicians that have also attended his meetings in the past – if they don’t start standing up for their friend.
